Beef Fillet Recipe
Ingredients for beef Fillet
Beef fillet (portion depending on how many people you feeding Salt
Butter (room temperature)
Olive oil (optional)
Heat your pan on medium heat.
Add two spoons full of butter.
Once the butter melts and starts to sizzle, fry your beef fillet and seer till golden brown on each side.
Fry a maximum of 5min on each side.
When done, remove beef from the pan and cover with foil. Set it aside for 10min before serving.
After 10min you can slice your beef and serve with your choice of side.
