To create a high-impact, visually compelling promotional flyer to position MissFit Boxing Studio as the go-to women’s fitness space in Mossel Bay, using strong messaging and creative strategy to drive foot traffic and trial bookings.

STRATEGY & EXECUTION:

Target Audience:


Women aged 20–45 in the Mossel Bay area are looking for a safe, empowering, and energising fitness experience.

Creative Approach:

​

  • Positioned the brand as “Exclusive Women’s Fitness” with language that balances empowerment and accessibility.

  • Developed a bold visual identity using high-contrast black-and-white imagery paired with vibrant pink accents to evoke strength and femininity.

  • Crafted the headline “Time to hit the refresh button” to speak directly to women seeking renewal through fitness.

  • Emphasised key motivators like “Improved Confidence,” “Stress Relief,” and “Community,” creating emotional appeal and relevance.

  • Included a QR code for immediate action—Book a Free Trial Now—with a clear CTA optimised for digital engagement.

  • Built around the tagline “Fit for a Queen”, reinforcing the studio’s women-only focus and aspirational tone.

Video Script Concept:

Footage Shot: Coach and members of the gym are walking out of the gym heading towards the car. and the, the coach opens the boot and one of her trainees is in the boot all tied up and the coach ignores her trainee thats on the boot and puts in the gym gear and closes the boot casually while chatting to the other ladies. 

 

Text on screen: "Do your coaches care if you try out other gyms?" as they are walking

Edit: No audio dialogue is needed (unless it works); use funny or casual music or sound effects.

This campaign was launched across both organic and paid channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. The flyer served as the core asset for ad creatives and was optimised for digital and in-mall placement. The scannable QR code led to direct trial bookings, while the clear messaging helped MissFit quickly position itself as a women-led, empowering fitness brand in Mossel Bay.

The combination of strong copy, striking visuals, and strategic targeting contributed to a successful studio launch and solid early community engagement.
