PAIRING
When wine meets food and creates something great.
BUBBLY

ACIDIC

DRY
A wine that is not sweet.
PINK
What I like to call the influencer of wines. It is less of a wine darling and more of a lifestyle.
Formally known as rosé.
OAK
When wine is aged in oak barrels, giving it subtle flavours like smoke, vanilla, or spice.
